A 17th century lithograph of Genova may be found in many reproductions throughout Genova. The above image was captured in a restaurant. Apart from accurately reflecting the constraining geography of the town itself, I was struck by the spelling of the town-name, because the spelling appears in the Amsterdam marriage record of Daniel de Mercado #1769 (who had a 1659 birthplace of Genua) who married Sarah Baruch Lousada #1190 in 1683.
